Terms & Conditions 7ecuci – A Complete Guide for All Malaysia Members

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 7ecuci ("Platform", "We", or "7ecuci") governing your use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered through the 7ecuci platform.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 7ecuci platform — including but not limited to Sports Betting, jackpot slots, Live Casino, lottery, and table games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

7ecuci reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any provision of these Terms at any time without prior notice. • Not a restricted person: You must not be an individual whose account has previously been restricted, suspended, or closed by 7ecuci.

During the identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process, 7ecuci reserves the right to request a copy of your MyKad, a facial photograph, or other supporting documents. KYC is an industry-standard process designed to protect the security of all members. Winnings exceeding RM10,000 require full KYC verification before a withdrawal can be processed.

All financial transactions on the 7ecuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). 7ecuci does not accept any foreign currency. The following deposit methods are accepted:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. 7ecuci does not accept third-party deposits.
• 7ecuci does not charge transaction fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposits that cannot be processed due to incorrect information or limits on your eWallet account are beyond 7ecuci's responsibility.

• RNG and fairness: All slot games and table games use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of every round or hand is entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

Whether at your own request or as a result of action taken by 7ecuci, an account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• Member requests: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 7ecuci customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you once all active bets are settled and the identity verification process is complete.
• Inactive: Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A maintenance fee of RM10 per month may be applied to inactive accounts after that period until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• Terms violation: 7ecuci reserves the right to close an account at any time if a breach of any term in this document is established.
• Self-exclusion request: If you request a self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons, your account will be suspended for the duration you specify (24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, or permanently). • Service disruptions caused by factors beyond 7ecuci's control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
• Data damage or loss caused by viruses, cyberattacks, or hardware failures beyond 7ecuci's control.
• Losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the user themselves.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

7ecuci takes its social responsibility toward problem gambling seriously. As a condition of using this platform, you agree to:

• Only gamble with money you can afford to lose without affecting your daily financial needs or your dependants.
• Do not borrow money or use emergency savings for betting or gaming purposes.
